SEEDS, STARS & CONSTELLATIONSfrom earth, to sky and back again.

We are delighted to announce a new production ‘SEEDS, STARS & CONSTELLATIONS - From earth, to sky and back again.

Corinne Bailey Rae and Sharon Watson

Inspired by journeys of migration and tales of new beginnings, two women with creative roots in Leeds - musician Corinne Bailey Rae and choreographer Sharon Watson - join forces to craft a brand-new work about the infinite potential of the human spirit and our place in the cosmos.

Blending evocative music with powerful dance and stunning visuals, SEEDS, DREAMS & CONSTELLATIONS asks - to what extent can we influence the future or reimagine the past? Do we always reap what we sow?

Award-winning dance company Mobius Dance collaborates with the Northern School of Contemporary Dance companies, Watson Dance Project and VERVE, to create a new dance show that meditates on the potential we all have for growth and total transformation.

The performances are set to take place at the Riley Theatre from 25th - 27th May 2023

We invite you to follow the creative team over the coming weeks on the choreographic journey and hopefully join us in the Spring for the premiere and chance to see the performance live.

Don’t miss out on behind the scenes footage, announcements about the performance and other Mobius Dance activity.

This project is made possible with the generous support of Northern School of Contemporary Dance and Mobius Dance. With seed commission funding from Leeds 2023 and supported by Arts Council England.
